In July 2026, Vornbäumen delivers a new steel wire rope to Germany’s highest mountain. The rope will soon be used on the Zugspitze for the cable car service to Zugspitzplatt. It was manufactured specifically for this purpose according to the specifications of the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn.
