Aluminium push-pull cases

Our aluminum push-pull cover is used in modern bicycle production.

The combination of special materials allows us to reduce the weight of the push-pull sleeve by 50% compared to its counterpart with steel wires, while maintaining the same switching precision.

Aluminium push-pull case with plastiv tube and plastification 

  • approx. 50 % lighter 
  • Lining with plastic tube in POM, HDPE, Teflon® 
  • Plastic coating in PA6, PA, PE, PVC 
  • Optionally with braiding 
  • Additional constructions for other areas of application available on request
