The aluminum flat wire spiral is our lightweight for the bicycle industry.

When every gram counts when assembling high-quality components, our aluminum flat wire spiral can reduce the weight by 50% compared to the classic steel wire spiral.

Aluminium flat wire spirals with plastification and lining 

  • approx. 50 % lighter 
  • Lining in POM, HDPE, Teflon® 
  • Plastic coating in PA6, PA, PE, PVC
