In the double block spiral, the guide body is wound from a round and a profile wire.
This creates a very flexible guide element without internal stress.
The different wire profiles compensate for the angles created in the system under bending. The neutral phase in the guide element is thus maintained. This means that there is no axial play and no change in length in the system, which makes the actuating movement much more precise.
