In addition to VORNBÄUMEN wire ropes, the catalogue also contains our wire products and our system components such as actuating hoists. Both product areas ideally complement the core area of wire ropes and offer our customers a broad product portfolio around wires and wire ropes.
From wire to wire rope
The catalogue shows: Today, VORNBÄUMEN ensures consistent, particularly high quality through know-how and control over all production steps – from wire rod to rope. Compared to many competitors, the adaptation of the properties of our products to the customer’s requirements already begins in our own drawing shop.
Quick access to a wide variety of grades and technically required diameters of preferred and finished wires from our wire stocks enables us to react very quickly to the individual wishes of our customers. These are then fulfilled by stranding the wires and stranding the strands on the modern machinery of our ropery while observing the smallest possible manufacturing tolerances.
This means that we can respond to your requirements at short notice, for example with regard to lay length, greasing, degree of compaction, sheathing or tracer threads.
This also means that, in addition to the products in our catalogue, we can supply you with individually manufactured products tailored to your requirements.
